With 132 years of experience Bordiga continue to produce using selected and high quality raw materials; the good Piedmontese wine, the alpine botanicals as always hand-picked by mountaineers, the finest spices, the purest wheat alcohol, the most refined sugar and the water of our Alps. All these ingredients constitute the basis of Bordiga products, as it was in the 1888, for this reason our motto is “Tradition is our future”.
The history of Château Pas du Cerf began in 1848. At that time, the first grapes were harvested and vinified in this family-owned estate.
The place, which has existed for eight generations, in driven by respect for the past, attention to the present and a look into the future.
Today Aurore, Diane and Marion, Geneviève and Patrick Gualtieri’s daughters, are carrying on the familu tradition with the same sincerity and authenticity. Château Pas du Cerf obtained the High Environmpental Value (HEV) Level 3 Certification, level 3 referring to the highest level awarded by the National Environmentazl Certification Commission (NECC).
This certification is based on performance indicators related to biodiversity, phytosanitary stratedy and fertilizer management.
Blue Pyrenees Estate was established in 1963 by the French company Remy Martin, and was among the modern Australian wine industry’s first ventures into cool climate viticulture.
